Contact customer service and we will address your issue as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Contact customer service. We will ship you a replacement or a refund if the item you ordered is no longer available.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged, what should I do about it?

Contact customer service. We will ship you the missing items and issue a Return Authorization for any items that have been damaged. Damaged items will be replaced or your card refunded in the event the item is no longer available.

My order hasn’t shipped yet, what is going on?

Some of your items might be on backorder, or there is another issue with your payment or shipping information. Contact customer service.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order if it has not shipped. If your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

I received a message stating that I am in a hostile zip code and my order was cancelled. What does that mean?

Because of laws in some regions regarding the sale and distribution of adult content, we are unable to ship to some locations. If this applies to you, your card will be refunded and your order will be cancelled.

I’m looking for a particular movie but it’s not on your site, can you get it?

Usually. If you are looking for something and don’t see it, keep in mind we stock tens of thousands of DVDs and regularly order from hundreds of studios. If there is something you are looking for, chances are we can get it.
